Buffy Butter (XXX Garlic Compound Butter)
This compound butter is made with one of our best-selling spices, Buffy’s Slayer Helper (a garlic lover’s seasoning). Buffy butter is an essential ingredient in many of our home cooked meals, and is a bit of favorite recipe among customers, family and friends. It’s really simple and can be used for so many things. We love to spread it on fresh baked bread, mixed with spices for chicken wing sauce and mixed in with sautéd vegetables, especially mushrooms. Truly, most meals will be better with a little Buffy Butter.

- 1 stick of butter
- 2 Tablespoons of our organic Buffy’s Slayer Helper (garlic lover’s spice)
Instructions
- Let the butter soften on the counter for about 30 minutes (or until soft enough to mix).
- Add Buffy’s Slayer Helper and mash together with a fork to completely incorporate.
- Roll the butter up in plastic wrap or wax paper to make it into a butter rectangle or round form, or just keep it in a covered bowl in the fridge.
