Curried Salmon Patties
This is an easy way to include salmon in your diet. It’s also a less expensive way than eating fresh salmon. The curry powder adds a unique flavor. You can eat these in a sandwich but I prefer them on a lettuce pile.

Ingredients

- 15 ounce can of wild-caught salmon
- Two eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt of choice
- 1 teaspoon Pinch’s Organic Sweet Curry Powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour (or rolled oats or other flour of your choice)
- Several Tablespoons oil of choice
- Mayo or Tarter sauce to top
- Optional: 1/4 cup finely chopped celery, onion
- Optional: Nuts to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except oil
- Heat 2 TB oil in large frying pan. When hot, add about 1/2 cup of salmon mixture for each patty.
- Cook for a few minutes till crispy on the bottom, then turn to the other side and cook till the inside is done (add more oil if needed)
- Remove from pan and serve with mayonnaise or Tarter sauce.
