Unbelievably simple condiment with just a enough heat to make everything a little more interesting. We love using this on roasted veggies, fish, sandwiches and as a dipping sauce for french fries.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons dry Harissa Mix
Instructions
- mix olive oil, lemon juice and harissa together in a small bowl to make a paste
- mix mayonnaise into the paste to completely combine and remove any lumps
- let stand for 15 minutes
