Harissa Aioli

Unbelievably simple condiment with just a enough heat to make everything a little more interesting. We love using this on roasted veggies, fish, sandwiches and as a dipping sauce for french fries.



  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons dry Harissa Mix


  1. mix olive oil, lemon juice and harissa together in a small bowl to make a paste
  2. mix mayonnaise into the paste to completely combine and remove any lumps
  3. let stand for 15 minutes
