How to Win

It’s easy! Just:

1. Follow Pinch Spice Market on Facebook AND Instagram, and
2. Tag at least one friend on any one of OUR social media posts about the contest, such as this Facebook post or this Instagram post.

You must complete all three steps in order to win. Winners must live within the USA and be at least 18 years of age. Eligible winners’ names will be put in an a random name picker tool and will be selected throughout the month. Winners will be announced on our social media pages, and contacted directly through social media (should their permissions allow).

Sweepstakes Rules, Privacy and More…

PINCH SPICE MARKET’S HOLIDAY GIVEAWAYS OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Eligibility: PINCH SPICE MARKET’S HOLIDAY GIVEAWAYS (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and representatives of Pinch Spice Market (“Sponsor”) and of any Administrators identified at the end of these Official Rules, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. How to Enter: To be automatically entered, follow/like Pinch Spice Market on Facebook and Instagram and tag at least one person on any post Pinch Spice Market posts on Facebook or Instagram that mentions the contest between December 1, 2025, at 5:00pm PT and December 31, 2025, at 6:00am PT (“Entry Period”). Limited to one entry per person regardless of which entry method is used. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Random Drawing and Notification: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be announced periodically throughout the month on social media. Potential winners need not be present at Event to win and will be posted on social media and contacted via social media (if allowed) within 10 days of winning. Entrants must have a valid email address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address. Potential winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) at Sponsor’s discretion before they are confirmed as winners. In the event a winner chooses not to accept his/her/their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her/their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

Governing Law: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
