The great thing about spices and spice blends is they are naturally calorie and fat free. This means you can add tons of flavor to any dish without adding any additional calories or fat content. In most cases the blends that you see on this site can be used as dry rubs so you can cook with minimal or no oil. Some of my personal favorites for chicken or fish are Blackened, Curry Crab, Finger Lickin’ Chicken, and Grilling Nemo.
