Kate’s Roasted Maple Ranch Nuts (Easy!)
Our cousin Kate over in D.C. made a Pinch Valley Ranch nut mix for a dinner last weekend. It was such a hit, people said they wanted to buy them right then and there!

- salt of choice (Kosher works great)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a big bowl, toss nuts with melted butter, maple syrup, a little salt and Pinch Valley Ranch. Use enough butter, syrup and ranch mix so all the nuts are well coated
- Pop in the oven and roast for 5-10 minutes
- Remove from oven, give a good mix in a bowl and taste. Add more salt if needed.
Tip: Larger nuts like cashews, walnuts, pecans and almonds take up to 10 minutes to toast, while smaller nuts like peanuts, pine nuts, pepita seeds roast faster. Just keep an eye to ensure the smaller nuts don’t burn, or cook them separately.
