Rio’s Sweet & Healthy Banana & Cacao Bowl

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon maca
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings (sub or add in anything tasty you have on hand):

  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Granola (they made homemade)
  • Bee pollen (for non-vegans)
  • Coconut whip
  • Cacoa nibs
  • Hemp seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Almond butter

Instructions

  1. Thorow frozen banana, raw cacao, maca, oat milk and vanilla in blender and…blend!
  2. Add toppings and enjoy
