“Tell Me of Your Home World, Usul” Broccoli and Zucchini Dune Dish

Ingredients

- 3 stalks fresh broccoli, florets only (you can absolutely use frozen broccoli)
- 2 zucchini
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup agave or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Spice Melange
- 2 teaspoons Buffy’s Slayer Helper Organic Garlic Seasoning
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cut the broccoli into “trees” and the zucchini into 1×2 inch pieces
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, syrup, spices, nutritional yeast, and salt until combined. Toss the cut broccoli and zucchini in the mixture until well coated.
- Place the mixture on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet and garnish with sliced almonds.
- Roast at 450 degrees F for 25 minutes, stirring halfway
- Remove from the oven and garnish with more sliced almonds.
