Used it on brisket – brined for a week. Incredible- did one brisket with pastrami rub and another with brisket rub, both after brining. Excellent!

Used the brine for 48 hours on a deer roast before applying pastrami rub and grilling on indirect heat at about 300 degrees. It was the most tender deer roast I’ve ever eaten. Great stuff – I just bought some more.
