Much better then other brands I’ve tried. I had thought that maybe dried basil just didn’t have any flavor – but I can taste the flavor with this basil. I think this dried basil must have been dried more recently.

I received my first shipment of the basil leaf and opened it. It smelled just like basil should. I then opened the grocery store basil that I have used for years. There was a weird smell. It certainly didn’t smell like basil. I dumped the store brand spice and started using the Pinch Spice brand immediately. Great flavor.
