If you’re from the east coast, chances are you have something like this in your cupboard. Our approach was to take a mix we’ve always loved and spruce it up with clean, organic spices (leaving out the MSG and fillers). This is great on seafood, crab boils, dips, veggies, and pretty much anything you can imagine. We also have a salt-free version.

An organic spice mix that is representative of a very common “old” spice mix. This is one of the first blends we made in our humble little spice shop many years ago. I’ve been making Legal Seafood Crab Cakes for years, this seasoning really bumped up the flavor and brought the crab cake to the next level! I also brushed haddock with a little lime oil and sprinkled the seasoning on top! Delicious!

We tried this for the first time last night and used it on grilled shrimp–absolutely delicious! It has excellent, vibrant flavor with a bit of a kick. We often use Seafood Magic, but this is one we will be using when we want a something spicy.

I’m so glad I decided to get this. We love to eat salmon cakes from canned salmon and also enjoy regular salmon. This really enhances the flavor of both salmon filets and canned salmon. I can only imagine what it will do for haddock and cod. Looking forward to eating more seafood just because I have this blend.
