Its made with the highest quality USDA California-grown organic garlic (powder, minced and granules) with basil, parsley and a tiny bit of heat. The funny name is a tribute to one of our favorite TV heroines who saves the world from garlic-fearing vampires. It’s great with mashed potatoes, pizza (!), pasta, garlic bread, eggs, veggies, popcorn, burgers, soup and, well, everything!

WOW. We’re new to Pinch Spices and this one had us at hello for sure!
We really love garlic and onion in things, especially with beef and so far have used this on brisket and in meatloaf, even in guacamole and on fried eggs too with fantastic results. My husband, who never mentions much about spices, said we should add more of this next time…so that’s saying a ton.
I love also that it’s salt free and you can add your own. It’s perfect, just the right hit of that something special no matter what you use it on. Highly recommend this blend as a staple in your pantry! Thanks for making it!
