This is an excellent seasoning blend. I’m happy that they have not stinted on the garlic. The chile flakes provide a pleasant; but, not excessive touch of heat. This shouldn’t be too hot for anyone but the most chile sensitive.
While I haven’t encountered a vampire to try this blend on; but, I can definitely say it’s excellent as a meat rub. It’s excellent on beef, chicken, and pork. This is also excellent on a variety of foods, including eggs, vegetables, potatoes. It’s also excellent as a seasoning for garlic bread. All, and all this is one of my go to seasoning blends. My only suggestion would be to offer a no salt version of this seasoning mix for those who are cooking for people on restricted sodium diets. 😋😋👍👍

Use them to make lamb kabobs (https://pinchspicemarket.com/blog/lamb-kofta-kabob-recipe/) and they came out absolutely amazing! Had to adjust it for my oven (needed 10 minutes a side rather than 15) but otherwise served them with some plain Greek yogurt with lemon zest over couscous, with a side of roasted bell peppers, zucchini, and yellow/summer squash. Will absolutely be making it again.
