Carne Asada (Rob’s)
$7.00 – $23.99
Our good friend Rob has been dreaming of an organic Pinch Carne Asada blend for years. When a customer survey revealed it as the #1 most wanted new blend, we finally listened to him. He helped develop and test this seasoning to perfection. We knew we had it right when he was grilling a test batch on skirt steak and his neighbor hollered over “Whatcha cooking? That’s the best darn thing I’ve ever smelled!”

3 reviews for Carne Asada (Rob’s)
This seasoning is rooted in Mexican and American culture. It’s great when used traditionally with red meat like skirt, flank or chuck steak and short ribs, but can also be delicious on vegetarian meat substitutes like tempeh, seitan, tofu, jackfruit, chickpeas, cauliflower, sweet potatoes or other veggies.
Handcrafted in small batches in our gluten-free and organic Louisville spice shop.

Used in on pork in the instant pot for a tacos, then the next on chicken breast before cast iron searing. Great both times, just a rich depth of flavor and smell. Even the dishes smell great.
