A nice Pacific sea salt that has been evaporated in a smokehouse using cherry wood. This salt has a pleasant yet intense smoke aroma and flavor. We love using this for anything we want to give a nice smokey BBQ flavor when cooking inside.
Ingredients: Salt (smoked over cherry wood)

If you’re a connoisseur of smoke, like I am, you’ll appreciate that this really is distinctly cherry wood smoke. These guys know what they’re doing–I hope they’ll introduce some other smoke flavors.

This is the spice I never knew I needed, but can’t stop using! It has a rich, warm smokiness that boosts flavors like the dish is straight off the fire.
Highly recommended, I’m back for more!

What a way to add something special to a cocktail or top off a dish. I love it.

Toss it into your omelets, sauces, etc. You won’t come away with a “smoked omelet” but it’ll have a subtle improvement over straight salt. LOVE!

This is amazing, but I want to utilize it more and really need to check out their recipes. Great for boosting the smokiness of just about anything tho.

Oh wow! Add this to pretty much anything to kick up the flavor immensely, but know that a little goes a long way. We especially enjoy it on our ground pork. Sometimes I like to just open the container and smell it for a little aromatic uplift.
