Bring the heat baby. This is next level heat control without any suffering the next day if you know what I mean. Taste as you go and you’ll get what you’re looking for. I especially like to use this in Chicken Tortilla soup and it’s also awesome in Chilli

I was so excited to get my chili flakes. This was my second to most recent order and I was giddy with replacing so many spices in my cabinet with small batches of the FRESHEST stuff around. Opening the tin to get a whiff of the chili flakes was HEAVEN. The supermarket has nothing on fresh spices and Pinch is my favorite to order from. I threw these chili flakes in an egg roll bowl recipe recently and it was perfect. I look forward to cooking with such fresh spices to make the tastiest items.

Amazing flavor! These are a bit hot though, so you have to be careful if you don’t have a tolerance to spice/heat, but these add a bunch of flavor. Great to sprinkle on top of pizza and other foods for a nice kick and taste.
I purchased these initially for making Indian Samosas, but I also made some sauce using them too. I would like to try them on Pizza/ Flatbread as well, as I had the idea for some flatbread with it last night.
I will update my review, because I am looking to try sprouting some of the seeds, and I will update with my results.
