I was a bit skeptical about this because when I smelled it, it didn’t have that ‘fresh’ cilantro smell…(how could it, it’s dried), but the flavor!!! Wow, I am so pleased. I really like cilantro, unfortunately my husband hates it. Many times when I make something that calls for it, I buy a bunch, but can only use a little bit and the rest goes bad because I only use it on my portion. Now I can use this more efficiently and not waste a bunch of fresh cilantro, plus it’s easier to have on hand for spur of the moment cooking.
