We source these cinnamon sticks directly from the Sri Lankan farms where they are grown, harvested and processed, and we have personally visited these wonderful certified organic farms. The sticks burst with sweetness and notes of ripe fruit. Many people also use Ceylon cinnamon for its health benefits.
They are hand-selected sticks, and are the highest grade of cinnamon sticks in the world. Ceylon sticks are graded based on quality and the tightness of the quills, and we only carry the highest grade, Alba. Only the inner part of the cinnamon bark is used, leaving you with a paper-like layers rolled into a stick. They can be ground (we also offer it in fine powder form) or many people like adding them to their tea or cider. Here are some other ways to enjoy Ceylon cinnamon sticks.
