We source these cinnamon sticks directly from the Sri Lankan farms where they are harvested. They have a potent flavor bursting with sweetness and notes of ripe fruit. They can be easily broken up with your fingers or ground in a mill or microplane. They are hand selected and are the highest grade of cinnamon sticks in the world. Only the inner part of the bark is used leaving you with a paper like layers that are rolled into a stick.

Our true cinnamon sticks are grown, harvested and processed on small farms in Sri Lanka. Ceylon sticks are graded based on quality and the tightness of the quills, and we only carry the highest grade, Alba. They are the absolute best quality available and can be easily ground, or even broken into small pieces for tea. We also sell it in fine powder form.
