When I placed my order, at the wee early hours, I did not have a spacial clue of how many cloves came in 16oz. Now I do. It is an experience I shall treasure forever, opening my box and realizing just what I did.
They smell divine, and I am using them to make fresh chai concentrate. They are lending a wonderful savory flavor to the cinnamon and vanilla. I will now be looking for many more recipes that call for cloves to turn this lifetime supply into a much shorter time!

I use these cloves in many of my savory dishes and Indian cuisine, and these are so fresh and fragrant! Lately, I’ve been putting three cloves in 1.5 cups of water, heating it up and adding a chunked, peeled apple to simmer… the perfect breakfast!
