Whole cumin is great for roasting and using in curries and soups. We also love sprinkling it on homemade bagels or fresh-made bread. As with all the great spices we offer, this is perfectly fresh and is the highest quality you will find. We also offer it in powder form.

These cumin seeds are so fragrant and fresh! They bring a great flavor to the dishes I use them in. This weekend, I made a huge pot of Saag Paneer (spinach curry), and these helped the dish come out great! Fry them in a little butter or ghee until they start to pop, then add other spices, onions, tomatoes, pureed blanched spinach and try not to eat the whole pan!

Like all of Pinch’s spices these are so fresh and delicious. I like buying cumin seeds whole and grinding them fresh for each dish. I love that these are organic, gf, and offered in bulk sizing

Oh yeah… This is the stuff.
Extremely Fragrant and flavorful. I lightly roast/fry the cumin for Indian dishes, but I also grind it for spice mixes etc.
I’ve order a total of 3(just placed another order) bags of Cumin in the last year, and it’s been an extremely enjoyable experience.
I haven’t tried yet, but will update when the time comes, but I want to try sprouting these seeds to see what happens.
These seeds go well in a number of Cuisines and it’s a staple for many kitchens. IF you need Cumin.. I HIGHLY! recommend this… The Powder should also be good, but whole stays fresh longer, plus it’s more versatile if you are able to grind your own powder with a coffee grinder.
