Curry Crab | Surrett Singapore Spice


This blend came about on request from a Pinch customer. They love Curry Crab, a popular Asian crab dish made with a spicy coconut milk broth and needed a spice mix for making it at home. We came up with this tasty little blend that we describe as Asian bay seasoning.

This works great for curry crab (easiest recipe is to mix 2 tablespoons with a can of coconut milk and cook crab, seafood or even tofu in that with veggies), but it is also an excellent addition to stir fry, as a rub on most proteins and being mixed with water to make a seafood boil.

Organic Ingredients: sea salt, yellow mustard, curry powder, chili flakes, gochugaru, ginger, garlic, black pepper, onion, smoked paprika, lemon grass, curry leaf, celery seed.
