Curry Leaf | Organic

Funny story about these curry leaves.  When we were visiting the farm where they are grown it was pointed out to us that were an abundance of king cobras in the area. When we asked what to do if we were to get bit, we were informed that these curry leaves are used to help as an antivenom. We don’t know how effective they are for snake bites, but we are certain that they are great for cooking. We use them in our Madras Curry Blend as well as our Curry Crab Mix.  While not quite as potent as fresh leaves, these still have a fresh curry flavor and are great to have in your spice rack.
