HOT!!!! That is the best way to describe this mix. Based on our Chili Crisp, this mix incorporates an additional mix of Carolina reaper, Trinidad scorpion and Ghost peppers that have been carefully grown, dehydrated and ground by Pinch Spice Market. Considered some of the hottest chilies in world. We grew this peppers in our garden in rich Kentucky soil. The entire goal of this mix was to be hot and we think it hit’s the mark. While most people will find this beyond what they are interested in eating, we all know someone that just loves the heat, this is the mix for them.
This is a limited release from Pinch and we therefore we are only selling it in a 2 ounce bag. When it runs out we won’t have more until next fall.
Flavor Profile of the Falls City Reaper
- 70% Spicy
- 10% Fruity
- 5% Nutty
- 5% Savory
- 5% Sweet
- 5% Pungent
Just like our Chili Crisp you can use this as a dry chili condiment or mix it with oil to make an extremely hot chili oil. Just be careful, as the oil extracts the capsicums very effectively and this oil is very, very, very spicy.
Simply mix 1 part Falls City Reaper with 1 part oil that has been warmed.

Ordered this and it finally arrived, BE WARNED this is not to play with. VERY VERY SPICY, accidentally got some on myself and nose and it will light you up! Adding to a curry this weekend and I’m sure It will not take much to ignite a flame!!! Can’t wait to use on hot wings!!!

Ahhh, it’s so good! Spicy to the extreme, but also with that delicious fruity undertone that super hot peppers have. Make sure you wash your hands after you handle it!
