Hm.. This one is interesting. The flavor was familiar, but I couldn’t figure out why. Then it hit me. Finger Licken’ Chicken spice blend tastes like fresh Old Bay, but better.. First, we tried it on chicken, then in a shrimp boil. Delicious.
I’m currently using it as a dry brine for bone in pork chops. Try it on more than chicken. I sprinkled some on popcorn instead of using Tejin Classico. Thank you Pinch Spice Market. Happy I found you.
