Friends and Family was meant to be a limited edition, but people loved it so much, we decided to add it on permanently. This blend is based on our Finger Lickin’ Chicken recipe with the addition of some special ingredients, including black truffle salt, seasonal chilies, organic roses and a touch of fennel. This is the perfect spice rub for your holiday turkey or to use in your stuffing, gravy, potatoes or roasted vegetables.

This blend is amazing. I recently added it to a chicken pot pie and the whole kitchen smelled like Thanksgiving. It really upped the quality of the taste, too. A true comfort food spice blend, perfect for creating hygge!

Almost perfect, just needs a little more truffle salt, and slightly less “hot”. If I use enough to get the saltiness I like, then it gets too much of a kick for my family (not me, the other wimps.) It’s also a little “big” so I put mine in a coffee/spice grinder and made it smaller.
