Garlic is virtually a religion in our household. We source the highest quality garlic possible. We source locally (when it’s in season), but when it’s not harvest time, we source from organic garlic farms in different parts of the country. No matter where we get it from, we’re only picking the best natural varietals for our pure garlic powder.
The smell when I opened the container was amazing. I must have been using some sad garlic with no flavor before I got this fresh stuff, because it didn’t smell or taste anywhere near as good as this stuff. The only thing fresher than this ground garlic would be actual garlic!

Not only my garlic now, but my other spices too that I am buying direct. Please people, do not support China in the organic food business. Thank you Pinch for supporting US garlic and farmers.

The freshness of this garlic is incredible! This is my new spice store!! When I opened the bag the scent was so strong and pure it was like the scent of garlic bread just out of the oven filling the house. It made me want to eat it straight. In fact I just tasted it. Extremely fresh! It will definitely be going into the first meal I eat. Not only that but the garlic comes from California, not China!

The BEST garlic powder we have tried. I knew that we would like it from the moment we opened the package and smelled it, but it truly exceeded our expectations. We have “upgraded” our spice cabinet with many from Pinch Spice Market now as we cook regularly with spices and herbs and we have loved everything we have used thus far. Garlic powder is one we use multiple times a week and this has made our meals even better!
