Very Nice To Find this at such High Quality and in ground form, you can buy it wholesale dried. then you would have to boil it or add hot water to be able to blend it in a blender as a sauce. this allows you to be able to ship the hot water and blending part possibly. saves you time here for sure and great for carne asada
