We made some subtle changes to an authentic Jamaican jerk recipe to produce a spicy, sweet and simply delicious mix. Although Jamaican jerk tends to be fiery, we opted to keep this mix on the mild side (it does pack a punch though) allowing you to add additional heat to your liking. We also use organic galangal instead of ginger to give it an aromatic element and to enhance the sweetness.
Impress your friends when you make authentic Jamaican jerk chicken for them. Although this is a traditional Caribbean mix, we have found that it can enhance many dishes. From popcorn to rice noodles, the combination of sweet and hot is sure to make your taste buds smile.
