Translated to “The Good Life” in Italian, this organic Italian seasoning tastes like the best Italian sausage you’ve ever had (without the meat). It’s all about balance and synergy. Salty, savory and sweet, cool and hot all come together to flavor up your sausage, pork, beef, chicken, pasta, beans, risotto and favorite vegetables. It uses fennel with other savory spices to accentuate the sweetness of basil, and has garlic base with a little bit of bird’s eye chili to create a unique sweet and savory flavor with some heat in the background. We also offer a mild version that omits the spicy bird’s eye chili. It’s great for vegetarians who may want a “sausagy” taste on pasta or pizza, but without the meat.

Perfect for turning any ground meat into Italian-style sausage. I mix in 2 teaspoons (plus a couple teaspoons of salt) per pound of ground chicken and put it on pizza, in soup, as a lasagna base, everything Italian-ish.
