Birria Taco Seasoning – Mild | Organic

We have all the organic spices packed in this special low-heat blend so you can make delicious Birria tacos (if you want more heat, try our original Birria and we also have a salt-free version here). Birria tacos are crispy corn tortillas filled with tender meat (stemming from a stew base), melting cheese (we like Oaxaca, chihuahua and asadero), cilantro, lime and onion. They’re fried and you dip them into the stew sauce (“consume”) for an extra rich experience. See our recipe below for details, or you can just use this instead of other taco seasonings.
