We’ve visited these farms and they are truly on holy culinary ground. Fresh nutmeg is great for baking but also a wonderful addition to savory dishes like roasted potatoes or macaroni and cheese. We also sell whole nutmegs if you like to grate them whole with a microplane or small cheese grater.
