Received this a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised at the neat little tins. Opened it to help season the Chicken Marsala I was making. What a wonderful smell and the Chicken Marsala tasted much better than the one I made a few days ago. Spices do lose potency over time and I think the little tins are just the ticket for spices you don’t use in quantity.

My husband can’t stop raving about this oregano! He just kept taking deep sniffs in the back saying “I haven’t smelt oregano this good since eating at the pizza joint 20 years ago!” We used this bulk bag to refill our jars at home and we only found 1 stem and in bulk there is a risk of having alot if stems. LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Pinch Spice is my trusted source. Pinch Spices are important because they give flavor to foods and a good source of minerals and vitamins. These should be in a medicine cabinet. For instance, Oregano. It fights bacteria reduces inflammation. Rich in antioxidants and could have anti-Cancer properties and viral infection protection.

I don’t use oregano a ton, but I’m definitely very picky about it, as in my experience dried oregano tends to be a bit flat and stale. However, the exception is Pinch’s oregano– I don’t know if it’s a different variety or their drying process, but it’s so flavorful and aromatic! I make my own pasta sauce whenever we have spaghetti, and in goes a big helping of Pinch oregano. I also add it to my homemade pizzas before baking, along with Pinch’s garlic granules, and it tastes like really good take out pizza, but so much better and healthier. Truthfully, I had kind of given up on dried oregano from the grocery store, but I’m so glad I tried pinch6es oregano, as it’s now a welcome addition to my spice cupboard.

This Oregano is so flavorful! I’m really glad I purchased it. I mostly have been trying to grow my own herbs/spices, but my Oregano outside is not very flavorful (I heard that Italian Oregano is less Flavorful than the Greek Variety, but I’ve also heard too much water/care can make it bland too but I don’t know… I believe the ones that I had outside were the Italian Variety). Either way, this Oregano is just incredible and I’m so glad I purchased some!
1lb will last you A LONG LONG time. I wont say I use this spice every day, but I have been using it more frequently and I just barely use any at all.
Even after a year it’s still incredibly flavorful and fragrant. I love Oregano, thanks Pinch!

I don’t understand what Pinch Spice Market’s farmers are doing different to dry their herbs to keep them fresh and aromatic. I have used Italian, Mexican, and Greek oregano before from different brands, but this Pinch Spice Market Greek oregano is the most flavorful and potent oregano I’ve tried. It’s been great on pizza, in tomato sauce and red lentil soup. PSM customer service is excellent. Shipping is fast. The only place I buy, will be buying, my spices and salts. Thank you PSM!
