This is a must-have to keep in the pantry at all times. When you have last-minute guests or just have a craving for some chips and dips, this makes a delicious onion-and-sour-cream treat. (Even better than the Lipton’s mix!) I use it with vegan sour cream and sometimes I add a little soft tofu for more protein.

I buy plain yogurt for low sugar (it tastes a lot like sour cream but yogurt). It occurred to me to mix this in and use it for a healthy dip and voila!!! It was like eating the super yummy super unhealthy French onion dip of my youth and now I think about randomly throughout the day wanting to eat it again! Honestly, so good I can’t believe it.
