I have a pepper mill at home, but it’s attached to the container I bought my peppercorns in. I’ve had it for a bit, so I thought I’d buy the fresh ground pepper from Pinch Spice. When I opened the bag to fill a shaker I have I couldn’t believe the aroma. Such a strong pepper scent! Truly nothing like fresh! You don’t need to use as much and for someone like me who puts pepper on nearly everything (cottage cheese, salads, burger patties, ground turkey) it’s great. As with the other spices I purchase here whatever doesn’t fit in the container I reseal in the bag, put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh. I’m so glad I found Pinch Spice. Great spices, so many of which come from right here in the USA, and I get to support a small, American business. Definitely no downside!!
