What I needed and what I got were fragrant peppercorns. Great peppercorns should be able to add much more flavor and aroma than heat. Simple heat can come from many other things. These did not disappoint!

I’ve purchased organic peppercorns for 15+ years, but never knew that the flavor could vary so much, until I tried the peppercorns from Pinch Market. As a black pepper junkie, I can say these are THE best peppercorns around. The freshness makes a huge difference. Some peppercorns can have a bitter flavor, but not these guys. I use it very generously on just about everything I eat and, to me, the difference is quite noticeable. I ran out a while back and had to get organic grocery store peppercorns, and they were okay, but I’m so used to Pinch’s, the grocery store peppercorns just didn’t do it for my taste buds. So happy to have these back!

This Black Pepper is extremely flavorful. I got the whole Peppers and grind them myself, and it’s just incredible. I made some potatoes and did a basic salt/pepper to start them off and just having them like that was delicious, let alone the other spices I added after.
Black Pepper is a STAPLE in the kitchen, and I highly recommend everyone get this. If not the whole to grind yourself, then at least get the ground black pepper.
