Returns Policy for Pinch Spice Market
We Want You to Be Happy & Our Returns, Refunds, Exchange & Replacement Policy Reflects That
We want you to be happy with your fresh organic spices. If there’s any problem, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you on finding a solution you’re happy with. If there’s any issue within 30 days of your purchase, we will resolve it via refund, exchange, replacement or return. The only non-returnable items are gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, refund, exchange or replacement, you just need to contact us (pinch@pinchspicemarket.com), and please have this information ready:
- Your order number and/or shipping address
- The name and size of the product
- The reason why you are seeking a return, refund, exchange or replacement
Please do not ship anything back to us without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, should that be required, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days (but usually much quicker than that).
Exchanges and Replacements
Depending on our conversation about the reason for your return request, we may offer an exchange or replacement for a spice or seasoning of equal or greater value.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will have to send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
If we ask for you to return your product, please mail it to Pinch Spice Market at 110 N. 13th Street, Louisville, KY 40203, or we may provide you with a shipping label. If the return, refund, exchange or replacement requires shipping the item back to us and weighs less than 10 pounds, we will pay or reimburse you for shipping costs (for shipping the item back to us). If the return, refund, exchange or replacement requires shipping the item back to us and it weighs more than 10 pounds, you may be responsible for paying for shipping.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We typically process returns, refunds, exchanges or replacements within 1-3 business days.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
