Grains of Paradise

A rare spice that I am often asked about.  Grains of paradise are related to cardamom but have a pleasant pepper flavor.  Great for cooking Moroccan tajines, but also found as an adjunct in Belgian brewing.

Peppercorns White Whole

White pepper is slightly hotter than black pepper and has a slightly funky aroma.  White pepper is the same as black pepper but has had the outer skin removed after the ripe black pepper, which is red when picked, is harvested.   Does that make sense?  Send us a message and we would be happy to chat about it further.
