Creamy, Tangy, Bright & Naturally Sweet Salad Dressing
A salad dressing I made for our Hearty Pearl Couscous [Anti-Salad] Salad. It was a big hit. It’s sweet and tangy and delightfully creamy. Perfect for topping warm salads or roasted veggies as a side dish.

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/4 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
- 1 shallot, rough chopped
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 3 Tablespoons tahini
- 1 Tablespoon Veggie Sprinkle organic seasoning
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Toss everything into a blender (we used a magic bullet)
- Blend until creamy.
